Welcome to the blog! My name is Maxime Jeanmougin, I’m a French Character Technical Artist currently working at PlatinumGames in Osaka, with around 8 years of experience in 3D mostly working on character FX stuff, but also other areas such as proceduralism and rigging.

My journey in visual programming started with ICE in 2013 and shifted to Fabric Engine after Softimage’s EOL. In 2018, I joined the Bifrost Beta program and i’ve been having a lot of fun using it ever this. In this blog I’ll try share some of the knowledge i’ve gathered since then.
